The SMILETRAIN Foundation: Joseph J Armato

Joseph J Armato is the owner and founder of Nationwide Contracting and Consulting, Inc. When Joseph J Armato is not busy at work, he spends a lot of his spare time volunteering at various charities. One of the nonprofits that Joseph J Armato is devoted to is SMILETRAIN. The mission of this organization is to provide children born with a cleft the same opportunities in life as a child born without a cleft. Joseph J Armato is passionate SMILETRAIN’s mission, and he hopes that his contribution will hope transform the lives of the less fortunate.

The contributions of Joseph Armato and other SMILETRAIN donors help provide cleft surgery to hundreds of thousands of poor children in developing countries. Additionally, funds are used to train doctors and medical professionals in 87 countries. The organization provides children with comprehensive rehabilitation including speech therapy, general dentistry, and orthodontics. Joseph J Armato hopes that more people will become aware of this issue. Clefts are a major problem in developing countries, and families to not have the resources to repair the issue. Joseph J Armato notes that surgery can be as little as $250 and it can transform the lives of a child. Joseph J Armato is thrilled to be a member of SMILETRAIN and loves seeing the positive change in the lives of children overseas. 

Along with SMILETRAIN, Joseph J Armato is a volunteer of the Fresh Air Fund, National Auto Sports Association’s SafeDriver Program, and the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. Joseph J Armato has the reputation of being a true humanitarian due to his constant giving and commitment to helping those in need. Joseph J Armato hopes others are inspired by his work and begin volunteering around their local communities. There are various worthwhile charities across the nation, and Joseph J Armato hopes people find a cause they are passionate about and volunteer.
